Comply with ISO 9001:2015, LPI Expects More Customers to Come

Link Pasipik Indonusa (LPI) – Blue Sea, one of Indonesia’s leading International Freight Forwarder Company specialized in export and import of both sea and air, has just complied ISO 9001:2015 on standard of a quality management system (QMS).

Comply with this ISO 9001:2015 means that LPI has followed any requirements set forth in the ISO 9001 Standard and has demonstrated its ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.

For this achievement, General Manager of LPI Yulia Ningrum expressed her proudness, saying this is not just describing and proving LPI’s service quality. Further, this is a message to its customers, telling that LPI is an appropriate partner for delivering their cargoes.

“These is such a very meaningful achievement for us (LPI), for the sake of internal management and for our external affairs,” said Yulia. “Internally, this will help our branding and image, improve corporate performance, build efficiency, improve organizational management through better planning, control, and action, minimize business risk, build competitiveness.” 

“In addition, this ISO 9001:2015 will encourage us to build a better internal communication,” she said. 

Relating to external affairs, Yulia underlined that this ISO 9001:2015 will help LPI to build a better service to customers, better communication, and improve customer’s satisfaction. “Whenever they (customers) are satisfied with our service, they will repeat the order,” she said.

Finally, this will help LPI to increase its market volume. “What is the most important is that this ISO 9001:2015 will help us to increase volume and expand our market coverage,” said Yulia.
